We provide meal for our students three times a day. We divide our adult students into different group to cook for the meal with the assist of 1 staff and 2 teachers. A group of students have to cook two consecutive days in a month. There are 8 teams so, in total, they have to cook 4 days a month. In each cooking team, both adult and small students are mixed up. The adult students are to cook and the younger children are to do dish wash-up as our very young students are not able to wash their own plates and bowls. By mixing up with adult and younger children in cooking students, they can learn how to work with other people who are older and younger than they are. Mutual respect and leadership can also be seen within kitchen. It is not a very hard work but it is a little bit time consuming since they have to cook for over 400 students in every weekday.
